i had my 28 week check up yesterday with the midwife, this second pregnancy has been so different to the first with long gaps between appointments but that is because i have been lucky enough to have problem free pregnancies thus far. we were super excited for this appointment to hear the heartbeat and generally get the nod that all was fine.

all was tickety boo, it was a family affair - neil, my ma and elo (who enjoyed a snooze in the buggy for the duration, great timing!) all went to the hospital. we stopped by the old brewery on the way home for lovely tea, coffees and cakes. we tag teamed & elo played in the old naval college which is adjoined to the cafe and was trying on naval costumes and turning her hand to architecture - christopher wren stylie by building with wood-look foam blocks. wow life sure is easier when its 3 adults to 1 toddler.
